Most of the hip hop I listen to wouldn’t hit your ear drums like it hits mine. I don’t like a lot of the mainstream hits bubbling on social media channels. I stay listening to music which can’t be fit into a box. I like rappers who take chances and producers who aren’t afraid to step outside the lines on their beats. Rap has so many different genres now that it’s hard to keep up with what’s dope unless you got your ears to the ground.
